At CrispX, I serve as a Webflow developer on monthly retainer. I help fix website bugs, create content, and optimize our websites to run in the best way possible. With the minimal experience I have with this company, I have been able to conquer major website issues for our clients in little to no time. Our customers are valued, and they are top priority.
Titan Home Remodeling, Remote – (June 2020 - Current)
At Titan, I serve as the executive assistants to the owners of Titan Home Remodeling and Customer Success Manager. I make sales calls, client research, billing and invoicing, and manage customer needs. With the background that I have, I have created and redesigned most of Titan's print materials. I am currently in the process of revamping and redesigning their website to be more user friendly. As I am finishing up my first year here, I have seen improvement in marketing and customer satisfaction.
